Grandpas Birthday

Grandpa Harley turned 90 last week and this is a photo from Sat. during his birthday party. Around 80 people showed up to celebrate with him.

Think he likes the Ice pops. He can almost eat them as fast as me!

June

June has been pretty quiet. The weather is getting hot Melissa set up Mason's pool and I built him a sand box. Thought he could act like he was at the beach. Think the sandbox turned out pretty good, at least he likes it. He keeps stepping on my sandcastles!

Not to bad for my first offical race. Then the Dr. said I sprained my Knee and not to run for about a month. Least he told me that biking will help so I won't be completly screwed up. Think I should be able to improve on that race time for next year. All that for a free t-shirt......

My Finish

Me finishing the race in Colorado University's Folsom Field. Bolder Boulder 10K. Happy to be done and drink my free beer at the finish line!

Bolder Boulder

After the Bolder Boulder 10K road race on Memorial Day weekend. There where around 50,000 Runners there on race day. We all had a great time. The day before the race there was a big sports expo and the Boulder Creek Festival was going on. We had great weather all weekend long. GOOD TIMES

Bike

This is My new bike Specialized Tricross Comp

I've been on a couple 20 mile rides so far and it is wonderful. It is a great way to explore Cheyenne also. On the first ride we found a free frisbee Golf park and the Green Way is alot nicer than I had thought. It will be nice when they connect the rest of it. Would be wonderful if the trail made the complete circle around town.

At least Traffic is low in Wyoming even during rush hour..
